Spotlight on Staff...Anita
Meet our wonderful Anita!
Based at our Alwoodley setting we have our own little pocket rocket – who goes by the name Anita. She describes herself as fun, caring and bubbly – and we 100% agree!
Anita’s enthusiasm is infectious, she leads our out-of-school club with passion and commitment. This is recognised by both her team, parents and children as she regularly receives such lovely feedback.
Anita has been with us for a whopping 17 years, she started her childcare career initially volunteering at the youth-club her son attended, soon enough they offer her a job as a paid youth worker and Anita’s skills in childcare were recognised. Anita went on to complete her formal qualification both in Playwork and Leadership.
“The best thing about working for Little People is that it’s a nice family run business that tries to supports all employees on a personal level and its pleasure to work for the company.
My funniest memories are getting involved in the children’s end of term party and having more fun than the children.”
